My name is Chris Rim, Broker Owner of Rim & Associates, Inc. / Pastors Booster Club Founder. For over 23 years, I’ve served commercial real estate and financing needs in Southern California. In this season of my life, God has made my calling clear- to serve His Churches.
As I’ve worked with senior pastors and churches over the 3 years, what they go through truly got my attention. I’ve seen the weight they carry and how often they carry it alone. That’s when God gave me a second mission - to care for our pastors.

I write to you today with a heart full of gratitude and a desire to shine a light on a group of people whose calling is sacred, yet whose burden often goes unseen — Our pastors.
Being called by God to lead, shepherd, and serve His people is a weighty and holy responsibility. It’s not a career choice or a 9-to-5 job. It’s a lifelong calling that demands deep personal sacrifice, unwavering faith, and a heart tuned constantly to the voice of the Holy Spirit.
Pastors walk with us through our most joyful celebrations and our darkest nights. They baptize our children, marry our sons and daughters, and stand at gravesides offering words of hope when we are drowning in grief.
What many don’t see is the cost behind the pulpit — the pressure to always be strong while silently battling their own trials, and the weariness that comes from pouring out week after week, often without being refilled. Ministry can be isolating. It can be discouraging. And at times, it can feel thankless.
Yet still, they show up —Not because it’s easy, but because God has called them.
That’s why the Pastors Booster Club exists. Our mission is simple but powerful - to Love on Pastors. We are here to lift them up through acts of kindness. Our goal is to be a steady reminder to Pastors that the body of Christ cares deeply for its leaders.
